Terms & Conditions for Indian National Packages:

  1. INR1125 will be charged for an extra bed.
  2. Zhiwa Ling reserves the right to change the tariff without notice.
  3. All tariffs in INR.

As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will reply via email within 24 hrs with our availability. To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit received within 5 days of our reply to you can be made by credit card or bank transfer. A booking will not be held without deposit after 7 days. Account balance to be settled on departure day. Our cancellation policy is strictly adhered to.

Cancellation Policy for Indian National Packages:
Any cancellation made within 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival, or a no show, is subject to loss of deposit. If the booking is made within these periods, the deposit becomes non refundable. Cancellations outside the periods stated will receive a refund of deposit less INR1125 for administration fees.
